Climate Controlled Storage Available
Mars-Evans City Self Storage's climate controlled facilities feature:
- 24/7 access (applies also to regular storage units)
- 24 hour video indoor and outdoor surveillance
- Lighting system with motion detectors
- Fully equipped with safety equipment and is handicapped accessible
- Humidity Control: Items that are sensitive to high humidity are generally stored in rooms with humidity levels below 55 RH. Our buildings are maintained and monitored with relative humidity kept at 50 RH or below.
- Temperature Control: Our climate controlled building is kept at 50 degrees in the winter and 80 degrees or below in the summer months.
- Pest Control: Mars-Evans City Self Storage is on a regular pest prevention schedule both inside and outside of all of our storage units.
